It would be the third compilation if there hadn't been a second alternative version of the first compilation (Volume 1B: You And I), which inherently makes this the second compilation and last one in the series.

Inspired by more personal happenings, starting off on a trip into masterfully created cold wave by L'Avenir, slowly transgressing into the more rowdier and messier side of experimental electronic music. Before that happens, you're taken on a long trip into some of the newest and most interesting funkier electronica with Per Nyström as well as Folkvett - and suddenly into a darker field signed Grand Mal x.

Everything ends with the more depressive and gloomy side of electronica, with J. Larson. This compilation itself is like a trip between the severeal different approaches to electronica that exist, with an aim of making it as varied as possible, but also with that emotional edge that at least in theory could be attractive and relatable for the ordinary man.
